Process Control

Along the acquisition of the latest nonwovens technology, SPIC has adopted very advanced organizational structure in its plant department. The new plant structure has been build on the Total Productive Maintenance concept, where Process Control function is fully assigned to ensure all operational parameter are controlled to achieve desired product quality. This function is handled by a team of highly trained process engineers. The cross-functional training of those employees is the key in ensuring highest quality process and final products.

SPIC production facilities are equipped with full automated and computerized machinery that monitor the nonwovens quality during production. At the final stage of quality checks, SPIC has top of the line laboratory to ensure all finished product are tested according to the European Disposables & Nonwovens Association (EDANA) standard
